Bilingual Client Engagement and Rapid Response Case Manager
The Client Engagement and Rapid Response Case Manager will be a unique role within the case management team. This position will be primarily responsible for responding to calls for crisis intervention services that come to the SAFE Center during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, in addition to rotating on the after-hours/weekend crisis hotline. This position will provide short-term case management for a smaller caseload of crisis callers for up to 30 days. This position will also be responsible for coordination of client engagement activities and general outreach to SAFE Center clients to inform them about SAFE Center and community programs and events. This is a full time position located in College Park, Maryland.
The University of Maryland SAFE Center for Human Trafficking Survivors is seeking a Communications Intern for the 2020 Spring term – with potential extension through the summer. The Communications Intern will assist the SAFE Center’s Communications and Outreach Coordinator in generating written and graphic design content for social media platforms, annual reports, outreach presentations, internal newsletters, and other projects. This is an unpaid internship opportunity located in College Park, Maryland. We ask for a commitment of at least 12 hours per week.
